Come be a part of the 7th annual Open Door Family Mission trip! Our group gets to travel to Puerto Penasco, Mexico where we get to serve alongside Family of God Church. Each year they host as they a Dia De Los Ninos Carnival for the children in their community. This is a big outreach for them, and by running the game portion for them we free them to focus on the programming and building relationships with the children. Together we give the kids a wonderful event where they get to hear how much God loves them!
You do not need to know Spanish to attend. Also, families will run their booth together.
If you would like to learn more, come to our informational meeting on Sunday, March 3rd, in-between services in the conference room (around 10:15am in B-1).
Trip details:
$25/person to help cover medical insurance, prizes, and mission team dinner.
Register online by March 17th.
Trip dates: April 26-28
Housing, food, and fuel are all paid for by individuals going. Only Saturday nights team dinner and the additional emergency medical insurance are covered.
Must register online and fill out the liability waiver and insurance info.
Must also attend team briefing April 14th, at 10:15am in B-1 or make arrangements for a phone call to go over details.
